Dr. Joe Spencer Fallen angels - Who are they what do they do and can they be forgiven. Hebrews chapters one and 2 focus on Jesus being greater than the angels (who some people had even started to worship). The chapter ends with a focus on the importance of Jesus’ humanity and what that means to our salvation and to demons. Due to technically difficulties part of the sermon was not recorded.

Angels - Who are these creatures that are unrecognizable from humans when they come to earth yet have tremendous physical power and have power over nature and influence the course of human event. Hebrews presents these powerful celestial beings as miniscule in comparison to Jesus Christ. He is better than the angels.

08.30.09 Diet is important. Nourishment is necessary to grow. Growing Christ-followers must move beyond the basics of milk and embrace the meat of God’s word. God is looking for meaty men and women.

08.23.09 Matthew 11:28 tells us to bring our burdens to Jesus and find His rest. This teaching shares a physical and spiritual condition that God established with creation when He rested on the seventh day. We must let God replenish and refresh us so that we will last for the journey He has placed us on.
